✅ Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Approval & Shipping
    • Once your return/exchange request is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (subject to service availability in your area) or guide you on how to ship the product back.
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Processing
    • Refunds: Issued as store credit or to your original payment method, processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.
    • Exchanges: Your replacement will be dispatched within 2–4 working days after we receive the original product.

🔄 Exchange Guidelines

  • Size or color exchanges are allowed once per order, depending on stock availability.
  • No exchange available for customized products or special orders.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Worn, used, or damaged items.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Undergarments or hygiene-sensitive products.
  • Custom-made or personalized orders.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
